Lawrence “Larry” Dietz is admitted to the Bar of the US Supreme Court, the State of California and the District of Columbia. While serving as General Counsel for Tal Global Corporation, a global security services company, he has negotiated a variety of sensitive and complex contracts and NDAs with Multinational Organizations and smaller security services around the world.

A hallmark of Attorney Dietz’s law practice is the high level of customer service and response to clients and the ability to translate complex and hard to understand legal jargon into terms that help clients make informed decisions.

Based in Silicon Valley Attorney Dietz has worked with clients around the world and has had extensive experience in Asia with an emphasis on Japan. 

Retiring from the US Army Reserve as a Colonel, Dietz had a two track military career where he served in key leadership and staff positions in Military Intelligence and Psychological Operations. He was elected Honorary Colonel of the PSYOP Regiment of the United States Army in 2003 and served in that role until 2010. He continues to provide expertise in PSYOP through consulting engagements and his Blog (www.psyopregiment.blogspot.com).

Attorney Dietz holds a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School (Boston, MA); a Master of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College (Carlisle, PA); Master of Laws in European Union Law from the University of Leicester (Leicester, United Kingdom); MBA Babson College (Wellesley, MA) and a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University (Boston, MA).

Serving as Judge ProTem (Temporary Judge) on a pro-bono basis in California Superior Court, Santa Clara County, Small Claims Court since 2009

Colonel (Retired) Dietz has been an Instructor at American Military University (Charlestown, WV) where he has taught on-line courses in Military Intelligence, Cyber Warfare and Psychological Operations since 2009.

Colonel (Retired) Dietz’s military awards include the Bronze Star Medal (for Service), the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal (OLC) and other wards. Foreign Decorations include the Operational Information Proficiency Badge in Gold, awarded by the German Army for Service in Bosnia as a part of the NATO Stabilization Force.
